Desiree L. Lauricella Freeman, Principal & Owner
Desiree represents clients in commercial litigation, with significant experience in the areas of construction and mechanic’s lien litigation, condominium and financial institution representation, real estate transactions and litigation, foreclosures, and corporate and consumer bankruptcies. She is a graduate of UIC John Marshall Law School in Chicago, where she was a member of the Dean’s List and Moot Court team. Desiree earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
She is admitted to the Bar of the State of Illinois and the Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Desiree is the former President and current Executive Board member of the University of Michigan Club of Greater Chicago, which serves over 25,000 Michigan alums in Chicagoland. She also sits on the Executive Board of the University of Michigan’s College of Literature, Science & the Arts Dean’s Young Alumni Council and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and Justinian Society of Lawyers. She is also a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
